PRODUCTION WITHOUT COMPROMISES

With our own production facilities, top-class equipment, and highly specialised colleagues, we produce uncompromising solutions that create a complete package from start to finish.

At Fischer, we produce both interior and exterior products for curtains and solar shading. This is unusual, but the advantages are clear:

"Firstly, we can provide advice that ensures the customer receives a complete solution, and the logistical process is also easier when we can deliver all types of products.

Finally, we have few intermediaries, so production is close to the customer. The direct line of communication and feedback between customer and production ultimately means that you get a better product," says Chief Product Officer, Ejvind Larsen Degn.

TOP-CLASS PEOPLE AND MACHINERY

When the goal is to manufacture the best possible products, we need top-class machines and equipment and the most skilled employees. At Fischer, our colleagues are trained in engineering, production, sewing, administration, and IT, and we invest in both people and machines so that we can maintain high standards.

We have always excelled in managing a variety of textiles with precision, and our cutting equipment is second to none. There are no compromises.

We have always excelled in managing a variety of textiles with precision, and our cutting equipment is second to none. There are no compromises. One of the knives is a high-precision knife that compresses rather than cuts into fibreglass materials. The knife seals the edges preventing them from fraying.

Another technique is ultrasonic cutting, which vibrates 50,000 times per second. This cutting technique melts and seals the edges of the polyester fabrics. Both techniques are essential elements in ensuring the high quality of the finished product.

PRISTINE QUALITY

Whether it concerns products, logistics, packaging, or transport, continuous quality control and process optimisation are an integral part of our entire production.

At Fischer, we know where problems can arise, even in the seemingly insignificant details, and we have a keen eye for optimisation at every stage. This allows us to deliver a product that precisely aligns with our customer's quality expectations,

THE CLIMATE EFFECT OF SOLAR SHADING
External solar shading blocks the sun's rays and prevents them from entering through the window and being trapped as heat inside. In fact, our products reduce the greenhouse effect in buildings by up to 80%. By forcing solar energy to remain outside, the indoor temperature can be better controlled, eliminating or reducing the need for mechanical cooling. Our solutions can be integrated into both new and existing buildings thus contributing to ensuring the energy efficiency of buildings.

If outdoor shading is not an option, e.g. due to restrictions, aesthetics, or technical barriers, indoor solar shading can also play a meaningful role for the indoor climate, especially if choosing highly reflective fabrics. These can also reflect some of the sun's heat rays back through the window, thereby preventing heat from being absorbed by the room's interiors.
